Ubuntu 22.04 GDocLinks possible fixes

1. Disable Wayland desktop in /etc/gdm3/custom.conf - using GDM3 desktop looks the same and allows gio to set allow launching on desktop shortcuts
   Not tried this on 24.x as yet, but it seems broken anyway - no mouse
2. Still to fully test out the WebLinks.py, but mostly there
3. Could have a bunch of pre allowed links that get edited and moved to desktop if need be
